You are enrolled for at least 15 months and can work 20 hours per week on site
in our office in Wiesbaden.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

* You will answer incoming inquiries and organize incoming and outgoing mail
for the HR department.
* You will support the payroll department by collecting the necessary
documents and processing the documents for signature collection and
distribution.
* You will process documents and prepare reports on various HR activities
such as staffing, recruitment and performance evaluations.
* You will actively support the induction of new employees and ensure that
they quickly find their way around the company.
* You will participate in various HR-related projects and support the
maintenance of the Panasonic Connect intranet site as well as the coordination
of various learning platform activities.
* You will have confident communication with senior team and support them in
various topics.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* You are enrolled at a German university or comparable higher education
institution, ideally studying business administration, business psychology or
HR management.
* Ideally, you have some relevant experience in HR.
* You are business fluent in English, fluent German language skills are an
advantage.
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of the MS-Office-package, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is
necessary to successfully complete your tasks.
