• In Ihrem neuen Job dreht sich alles um die Unterstüt­zung der Leitung hinsichtlich aller technischen Ab­läufe des Standortes insbesondere der Planung, Steuerung und Koordination
• Dabei unterstützen Sie die Standortleitung bei der Steuerung von ca. 200 Mitarbeitern und sind u. a. auch Ansprechpartner für die Regionalleitung und Geschäftsführung
• Sie aquirieren Neukunden im Geschäftsbereich, bauen das Bestandskundengeschäft aus, übernehmen Vertragsprüfungen nach gesetzlichen sowie Unternehmensvorgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit der Standortleitung, erstellen Kalkulationen sowie Vertragsvorlagen und bringen sich bei Vertragsver­handlungen ein
• Ergänzend übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Claim Management
• Die Überwachung des Arbeitsschutzmanagements und der Vorgaben im Bereich Compliance runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab

• Sie haben ein baunahes Studium, sind technikorientierter Kaufmann/Betriebswirt oder in einer ähnlichen Art und Weise ausgebildet
• Idealerweise haben Sie erste Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft in einem baunahen Tätigkeitsfeld sowie Erfahrung im Vertrieb
• Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen Sie besonders aus
• Sie gehen sicher mit MS-Office um
• Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und ein außerordentliches Engagement runden Ihr Profil ab
