We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Backoffice Transformation Project Manager to lead our ambitious journey towards implementing the best-in-class solutions covering following business processes : Manufacturing to inventory, Purchasing to pay, Order to cash and Product lifecycle management.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless transition from existing solutions to a comprehensive suite of solutions, including SAP, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Collaboration Applications, and Quality Assurance (QA) solutions.
By optimizing processes and empowering teams, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product, and sales departments. IT Backoffice Transformation Project Manager (m/f/d) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing solutions, processes, and data across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product, and sales departments, identifying areas for improvement and integration;
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, encompassing the implementation of SAP S4 (Purchasing, Manufacturing and distribution), PLM, Collaborative Applications, and QA solutions;
- Assemble and lead a cross-functional project committee;
- Work collaboratively with consultants and technical teams;
- Oversee the seamless implementation of the solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and industry best practices;
- Coordinate with IT teams, to ensure all systems integrations are done as planned;
- Manage all aspects of change management strategies to drive acceptance and seamless adoption of the new systems across all business units;
- Prepare and deliver concise and impactful project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insightful updates on key performance indicators and milestones.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field;
- Proven track record (7+ years) in successfully leading and delivering complex transformation projects;
- Deep expertise and profound knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, as well as familiarity with PLM and QA solutions;
- Strong background in manufacturing processes, procurement, quality management, engineering, supply chain, R&;D, product development, and sales operations;
- Exemplary project management skills;
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;
- Fluent German & English mandatory, French would be a plus.
