Management Trainee with focus on Finance Americas (m/w/d)

SPORT GROUP develops, produces, sells and installs synthetic and artificial
turf surfaces in the sports and leisure sector. With around 2,500 employees and
more than 20 locations worldwide, including Polytan and AstroTurf, we are the
leading group in this field.

We are looking for a

Management Trainee (m/f/d) with focus on Finance Americas

for our new office in Garching (near Munich) as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

* You will be going through two challenging projects / assignments over the
duration of 9–12 months with focus on Finance
* You will be collaborating in exciting projects, which are individually
tailored according to your interests and skills
* You will build up a company-wide network
* You will be developing your professional and personal skills through
trainings, an individual development plan and a mentor
* As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive insights into the
Sport Group Lifecycle
* You will gain expertise in your direction of your choice – both in
your home-country and abroad
* You will be involved in different projects and support the implementation
of our strategy
Requirements

* You have a good bachelor- or master’s degree in Finance with
long-term focus on Management responsibility
* You have gained your first practical international experience in the
job-family Finance and can communicate confidently with all relevant target
groups and your international colleagues in English
* You are an excellent team player, have very strong communication skills,
enjoy acting as an interface between various hierarchies and departments, and
you have a high level of initiative
* You have a keen interest in our sport surface industry and ideally already
have initial practical experience
* You have already acquired international experience and are excited by the
prospect of a placement abroad for several months as part of the trainee program
* You have strong IT skills — you are used to handling MS Office on a
daily basis
* You are a team player with strong communication skills, keen to take on
responsibility, and work with a high level of initiative to achieve results you
can be proud of
* Willingness to move to the US after the trainee-program
