Description

• Drive the development of monthly management reporting, including operational metrics.
• Analyze existing budget and forecast processes, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Contribute to special projects such as acquisitions and financing initiatives.
• Manage ongoing liquidity control.
• Act as a liaison with banks, tax advisors, and auditors.

Profiles

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Controlling/Finance/Accounting.
• Strong expertise in taxation, accounting, and controlling.
• Several years of professional experience in the commercial field; certification as a tax consultant and/or auditor preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
• Proficient in IT, excellent MS Office skills, and ideally experience with business intelligence tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
