HSE Site Supervisor (all genders)

The RTS Wind AG , based in Bremen are the specialists in the wind energy, whether for the maintenance or repair of wind turbines and rotor blades. Because of our experience, we are ideally equipped for each of these areas.

We are looking to strengthen our team in Germany as:
HSE Site Supervisor (all genders)
Your Tasks: Interpretation of law regulations and procedures considering EHS standards according to your work on site
Preparation and review of EHS documents (site plan, emergency plan, risk assessment, weekly reports)
Coordination, implementation and control of relevant trainings on site
Selection and approval of tools and equipment for installation and component exchange projects
Support regular audits by management and customers
Perform and maintain accurate reporting
Implementing and improving systems and wind specific processes on site
Supporting and advising in decision making
Your Qualification: Certified EHS professional
Experience of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
Fluent in English
Ability to travel to support other sites in Germany
Driving license
Good knowledge in MS-Office
Experience in wind industry desired
