We are looking for someone in the greater Berlin area for our international customer as part of the recruitment/direct placement process

This is part of your tasks: Leading and managing the entire kitchen team
Planning and managing inventory, orders, work schedules and HACCP prevention measures
Maintaining a clean, orderly and safe kitchen and work area
Recruitment and practical induction as well as training of new members of the kitchen team
Managing customer reviews and refunds across sales channels
Effectively manage daily and weekly operations using quantitative analysis and data

This is what you bring to your work as kitchen manager: Completed IHK vocational training as a chef
Several years of leadership experience in managing a challenging and fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of task-related workflows, rules and guidelines
Punctuality, reliability and team spirit
Good knowledge of spoken and written English is a prerequisite
Sufficient basic knowledge of German
