For our partner in the industrial sector we are looking for a

Customer Master Data Specialist (m/f/d) at the Düsseldorf site.

Bring your passion for data management to an innovative, globally recognized industrial company, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize and maintain high-quality customer master data that fuels strategic decision-making. Your task:
Analyze and optimize processes related to master data management, focusing on customer data in SAP systems (MDG-C)
Work with data dictionaries, process documentation, and clarify key mappings to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Provide training and guidance on MDG-C concepts to users with varying levels of SAP experience
Offer solutions-oriented advice on data entry automation and improving data quality across systems
Evaluate and update customer master data to align with SAP transaction requirements and business needs
Collaborate in agile project environments, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and delivery using Jira boards
Support the rollout and implementation of MDG-C across various business units and locations, ensuring successful integration

Your qualification:
A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or a completed vocational training with relevant experience

Experience in master data management, particularly in SAP MDG-C or similar systems
Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset
Experience in delivering training or supporting non-technical users in SAP environments
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data automation and process improvement

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus but not a must
