We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer (m/f/d) to join the Founding Team of an innovative MedTech Startup that’s harnessing cutting-edge AI technology to transform regulatory workflows in the life sciences industry.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and scaling their platform and products through creating intuitive and user interfaces that meet the needs of their customers.

• Conceptualise, prototype, and iterate on design solutions that align with the company's vision, customer needs and technical capabilities
• Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, testing and emerging trends
• Directly engage with end users in various ways for discovery and feedback collection
• Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and collaborate on design experiments
• Support early product specification based on research data and best practices
• Ensure consistent and cohesive visual language across all product interfaces as well as for internal and external materials (including the website and materials for sales, marketing and business development)

• Several years experience in end-to-end product design for B2B SaaS Platforms and tools (work with AI products is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, with a proven ability to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces
• Solid experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesising insights to inform design decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
• Show tremendous product curiosity; excited about solving customer problems in pragmatic ways
• Experience in the life sciences, medical or other highly regulated industries is highly advantageous
• Business fluency in English (German is a plus)

Please note that we are looking for support for the company's Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
