Your tasks
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute people strategies relating to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Own talent acquisition area, including all end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent within the fashion/creative industry.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Implement and manage feedback and development processes that drive high performance.
- Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
- Provide regular reports to the leadership team on HR metrics, trends, and insights.
Your profile
- Extensive experience in HR and talent acquisition within a fast-paced organization, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing HR initiatives for fast-growing organisations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Keen eye for fashion and design.
